Bond Bank Floor Manager
During the launch of Bond Bank’s brand (see case study on the Bond Bank Brand), Alder developed a novel service idea that would complement the distinct nature of the brand. The concept of a Floor Manager was introduced. The Floor Manager would be the chief customer relations officer and personally see to the needs of customers in the banking halls. The individual would ensure that service was efficient & effective, customer needs were attended to and complaints were dealt with promptly.
The concept was adopted and deployed within the bank. It was also introduced to the market in the bank’s advertisements. At the time of the bank’s launch, the organisation was the only financial institution with the job description - Floor Manager.
About Bond Bank
Bond Bank was incorporated on August 20, 2002. The Bank obtained its banking license on October 31, 2002 and opened for business the very next day. It is now a member of the Skye Bank Group. |
