How do you develop innovative product ideas to help an organisation accomplish its dream of brand dominance?

 
VLA’s People-Centric Strategy

VLA was the first successful beneficiary of the Small and Medium Industries Equity Investment Scheme (SMIEIS) in Nigeria. The company soon paid off the venture capital, becoming an independent organisation. Subsequently, VLA put in place a programme to establish itself as a dominant player in the Human Resource solutions industry and capture significant market share. The company turned to Alder for branding strategies & product ideas to achieve to facilitate this goal.

In the course of the branding programme, a strategy session was held with the management staff of the company to define the brand essence and develop product ideas. During the session, the company’s disparate offerings were focused & aligned and a flagship product evolved: People-Centric Strategy (P-CS).

This product idea would cut across every facet of the organisation and change the company’s outlook, marketing and orientation. We developed marketing tools for P-CS and an event was conceptualised for the formal launch of the product (in addition to the new VLA brand identity).
