On examining the national youth service scheme, the NYSC desired a fresh approach to its programmes and activities as input into its ongoing reforms.
Alder's preliminary research indicated areas of concern of recent Corpers and the general public regarding the present structure of the scheme and the content of its programmes.
Key Directors and the Management of NYSC were guided through an organisational dimensioning exercise to define the essence of the Scheme as well as a new mission and vision. New initiatives were crafted to suit the generational requirements of today's youth and national imperatives. Key web based initiatives to drive research and process improvement were also designed. |
