Trustfund Pensions Plc was established by the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) to function as a Pensions Fund Administrator (PFA), in line with the Pension Reform Act of 2004. Alder was engaged to develop a brand for Trustfund to leverage on the organisation's legacy & strengths while jettisoning its negatives.

We defined the fundamentals of the Trustfund brand in sessions with Management and developed brand strategy for the short and medium terms. Following the strategy sessions, the organisation's entire visual identity suite was developed (logo, letterheads, business cards, signage etc.) and production of the first set of materials was done to ensure standards. The organization's interior decor was specified in a multimedia 3D walkthrough. This has since been implemented.

An acculturation session was facilitated to enable staff members imbibe the essence of the brand and an employee brand manual was developed.

A website was designed for the organization as well as marketing communication materials and introductory adverts.
