Over time, we have employed lawyers, philosophers, scientists, economists, personnel specialists, business administrators, bankers, doctors, mathematicians, computer scientists, humanities graduates and designers. We apply the principles and models from these disciplines to create unique client solutions.

Our organisational structure

We operate a flat organisational structure and there are no titles. The company is managed by an executive committee to which people are nominated annually. We have a unique shareholding trust and employees are shareholders in the company.
